In Hella’s words, “The doctor advised my mother to have children, to help cope with the incredible loss.” A portrait of her grandmother, who died in the war, still hangs in her father’s living room. The filmmaker’s relationship with him has always been difficult. Fragments of memory never before discussed run together during an emotional journey embarked upon together by father and daughter to places of significance in the history of their family.

DEDICAT10N, the second DVD release of blues-rocker Julian Sas, is the recording of the show that celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Julian Sas band. The gig was a sell-out and we feel touched by a lucky star because this, already legendary, show has been recorded for prosperity in vision and audio. One More Night was released 27 years after the live album On Tour (1976), which closed at the time. Tarenskeen and Bakker had started The Meteors in 1977 and Michel van Dijk had recorded a record with Rinus Gerritsen from Golden Earring . However, Alquin slowly gained cult status and the call for a reunion in the compact disc era continued. A concert in Delft followed in 1995 , followed by a number of concerts in 1996. In 2003 Alquin regained a foothold on the pop stages, which resulted in a performance at Cultuurpodium Boerderij in Zoetermeer, which was recorded on both CD and DVD . The more definitive character of this reunion was evidenced by the fact that a new song was also released: Sweet Surrender by Bakker, Tarenskeen and Van Dijk. However, One More Night failed to chart in the Album Top 100 .
