Returning to France after a long exile, pianist Mathias Vogler reunites with his mentor, Elena, to prepare a concert. In a park, an encounter with a child who looks just like him will lead him to Claude, the woman he once loved.

Benjamin is meant to be a great doctor, he’s certain of it. But his first experience as a junior doctor in the hospital ward where his father works doesn’t turn out the way he hoped it would. This documentary follows the struggle of five of these women, who have dedicated their lives to this fierce struggle, some advocating civil disobedience or lobbying MPs and Lords, the others choosing violent action, braving prison, and even death.
