Howard S. Moss was born on June 9, 1881 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. He was a director and writer, known for The Dream Doll (1917), Cracked Ice (1922) and The Beauty Contest (1922). He was previously married to Florence Adele Seavey. He died in July 1964 in New York City, New York, USA.
