A woman emigrates abroad after the Iranian revolution. Four years later she returns to the country to find her husband and children.
Mr. Radmanesh, an elderly and wealthy man who lost his wife in an accident, lives alone. His two children reside abroad. According to doctors, death is imminent for Radmanesh. Taking advantage of this, one of his friends, Ahmadi, arranges for his daughter, Pari, to marry Radmanesh so that after his death, they can seize his wealth and properties.
