Born and raised in the Bay Area, Austin McCarthy has been captivating audiences with his versatile performances in both film and television since 2014. He garnered critical acclaim early in his career with a standout performance on stage as Mortimer in “Arsenic & Old Lace”, earning an Arty Award for Lead Actor in a Comedy/Drama. Known for his ability to seamlessly transition between comedic and dramatic roles, Austin’s impressive body of work has expanded into writing and directing. He has crafted a number of short films and feature-length screenplays, proving his talent behind the camera as well as in front of it. When not acting, Austin is also a passionate musician, collaborating with his identical twin brother on their music project, “Trevor & Austin”. The duo has performed all over California and beyond, bringing their pop/rap duo to audiences across multiple states. With a diverse skill set and a passion for storytelling, Austin McCarthy continues to shine in every project he takes on.
