Tatort is a long-running German/Austrian/Swiss, crime television series set in various parts of these countries. The show is broadcast on the channels of ARD in Germany, ORF in Austria and SF1 in Switzerland.

Polizeiruf 110 is a long-running German language detective television series. The first episode was broadcast 27 June 1971 in the German Democratic Republic, and after the dissolution of Fernsehen der DDR the series was picked up by ARD. Master Eder's cousin Ferdinand turns up one day after his death to collect his inheritance. What he doesn't realize is that Pumuckl is also part of his legacy. The goblin soon gets stuck on the glue pot and becomes visible to Ferdinand. He has nothing better to do than tell his nice neighbor about the goblin. This sets off a series of turbulent events that end with the magician couple Magiaro trying to do business with the wondrous little fellow at the circus.
