Biography
Ülo Vinter (January 3, 1934 in Tallinn – July 2, 2000 in Käsmu) was an Estonian composer. In 1951, he graduated from Tallinn Music High School in music theory. Afterwards, he graduated from Tallinn State Conservatory in composition specialty. From 1956 to 1969 he was the music editor at Estonian Radio and from 1969 to 1986 at Eesti Telefilm. Since 1958 he was a member of Estonian Composers' Union.

Estonian/Soviet animation short. Monkey boy Fips is trapped and brought to town. Among humans, Fips experiences both good and bad. But he never forgets his real home - the jungle - and one day he escapes back there.

The second story is based on a humorous Estonian song and tells the story of a land herring that became a sea creature and made the seawater salty. The third story is based on a Czech fairy-tale, which tells of two boys, who find a witch's broom and start to fly with it.

It turns out that the nurses have kidnapped the men and are about to give them the only useful medicine they need - fresh air and work. But the patients decide to disobey.
