The son of the Prime Minister of Israel is in danger of becoming a victim in a mysterious ceremony of the Ugandan Tiger Mafia, which specializes in kung-fu and black magic. In order to rescue him, the State of Israel sends a pair of special commando fighters to Uganda, whose partnership was broken up by a bitter conflict in the past. If the commando fighters do not succeed in overcoming the hardships of their past, the fate of the Jewish and Ugandan people will be sealed forever.
