Ariel, a young French Jew, decides to leave his family to go to Israel and secretly become an agent of Mossad, the Israeli secret service. After years of training, his first mission is in Paris to steal secrets from Remy Prieur, a French atomic scientist.

A brother and sister arrive alone in the new country of Israel after World War II where they hope to find their lost mother. The complexities of life with colorful characters in the refugee transit camp and nearby kibbutz makes it hard to reconcile their real lives with their deeper dream of still finding the Newland.

It articulates the essence of one's internal exile through the portrait of a Jewish-German refugee who arrived in Israel on the eve of World War II, started a family – but has nevertheless, yet to feel at home in his new country. He remains connected to Berlin with every fiber of his being; the city’s culture, its essence, and as far as he’s concerned, Israel is no more than a pit stop. He gradually pulls away from his wife, his son who does not get him, his sisters who are haunted by the past, and the rental flat where he’s lived all these years. He sets up shop in a budget hotel by the Tel Aviv seaside, hangs out with a group of fringe misfits, and dreams of moving back to Berlin.

A film adaptation of Yoram Kaniuk’s book. An Israeli artist leaves his wife and daughter in New York and returns to Israel after years of absence. He seeks to decipher the meaning of his sense of failure as a person, as a family man, as an artist. His best friends died in the war, his paintings were burned, he abandoned his family. He decides to make a film about himself, his parents, Tel Aviv, about everything that is contained in the puzzle called human life – but in the end he burns his work.

Based on a novel by Lilly Perry Amitai, Blind Man's Bluff takes a bittersweet look at the life of a young Israeli woman. Trying to distance herself from her Holocaust survivor parents and ex-boyfriend, pianist Micki Stav moves out of her parents' house in search of her own identity. She moves into a small apartment but remains caught in a lattice of demanding relationships. Tension increases as Micki tries to succeed in the classical music world. Her eclectic new neighbors, though, introduce her to a new world of desires in which Micki finds the courage to confront her problems and emerge as an independent and mature woman.

Aya is a woman who, since early childhood, has been driven by her father's ambition to see her become successful. Now she is shooting a film and fragments of dreams and fantasy alternate with reality.

Director Yeud Levanon’s feature-length debut follows the story of Itzik (Gedalia Besser), a military radio station producer who, in between having to navigate all the internal power struggles at the station, must also juggle his estranged wife (Gila Almagor), teenage daughter, young pregnant partner (Dafna Armoni), and a soldier with whom he is having an affair (Irit Sheleg). Meanwhile, he is also working on getting a young Middle Eastern folk singer’s (Arnon Zadok) album produced. The film’s protagonist is living a mile-a-minute life made up of constant downward spirals or ego-tripping highs. However, try as he might to have his cake and eat it – it is only a matter of time until his whole world comes crashing down on him.
