Vetri Vinayagar is 1996 Tamil Hindu devotional film directed by K. Shankar[1][2] and produced by M. Sarojini Devi. The film script was written by K. P. Arivanantham. Its music was composed by M. S. Viswanathan. The film stars K. R. Vijaya, Radha Ravi, Urvasi, Nizhalgal Ravi, and Delhi Ganesh.[3] The film was dubbed in Hindi as Jai Ganesh Deva and Telugu as Om Ganapathi.

Comedy Tale

Ammu, a little girl, runs away from her bungalow as her stepmother physically tortures her. However, the girl finds love and solace in the arms of Kamala, a milk vendor.

Muthuvelu's song is telecast by the TV channel, Muthuvelu becomes popular in no time thus he becomes a singer.Muthuvelu goes in search of his father. He finds that his father Ratnasabapathy is now married and has three sons. What transpires later forms the crux of the story.

Shankar, a brave and determined police offer, gets assigned the task of capturing a gang of criminals. Despite the threats, he pursues the mission.
