Oona (20-something) runs a small coffee shop in the heart of hipsteresque Kallio district in Helsinki. Oona’s is not really the classic entrepreneur type: she’s often late to work and throws out customers she dislikes. She’s also constantly in a state of existential crisis over what she should become and whether she’s a somebody or just a nobody. Oona’s best friend is Arttu, a 25 y.o. gay artist-dj-creator-whatever. Together they hate, love, party and cry and try to become adults.

Samu and Joona are an inseparable couple, each other's only friends. They don’t leave each other in the lurch, even if they run the risk of getting fired from school or a badge in their buttocks. In fact, the boys are so intertwined that they are willing to do anything to be together. Like breaking into the principal’s office, lapping at millionaires, escaping half-brother Mark from the grenade, or being buried alive.

Other Girls tells the story of four young girls nearing graduation, all of them struggling with various issues.

The Angry Hamster is a short story about Tomi, a socially excluded man who lives with his mother. The young man's dauntingly routine everyday life is interrupted when his mother takes Tomi to town to celebrate his 23rd birthday. Tomi, who makes laconically analytical observations in his mind, is forced by a new situation to face his own feelings and prejudices about the world. Is life just a total misery, or is it not, after all? Perhaps the twisted world straightens out if you look at it from an even more twisted angle.
