Let There Be Rock AC/DC: Let There Be Rock was filmed on 9 December 1979 at the Pavillon de Paris in Paris, France, and also contains interviews with members of the band, including lead vocalist Bon Scott, who died two months after filming. The concert film was re-released on a Blu-ray/DVD double pack along with a collector's tin, concert pictures, a souvenir guitar pick, and a 32-page booklet, or just as Blu-ray or DVD individual sets on 7 June 2011. Only 90,000 of the collectors tins were made, and each labeled with a number out of 90,000 on the base of the tin.

2003 was a big year for AC/DC which included their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame to European dates with the Rolling Stones, the band made several high-profile public appearances (including the SARS concert in Toronto for 200,000 people). One run of shows found the band returning to their roots and playing clubs and theaters where fans were treated to sweaty, stripped-down shows and even playing some rarities they hadn't played in years. This DVD show from Munich, Germany was filmed at Circus Krone 2003 and this disc only available on the Deluxe Edition.

AC/DC live at the Golders Green Hippodrome In London, England. With Bon Scott, this is AC/DC at one of their best times! Filmed by the BBC on October 27th 1977 for "Sight & Sound In Concert" and broadcast on 29 October 1977. Originally shot on video, the audio used on this DVD was taken from the original video master which was in mono, so the 2.0 mix is not a 'real' stereo mix. Although issued commercially and only in Japan, this DVD can be considered a semi-official DVD, not authorized by the band or Sony, and the US release planned for February 2003 was canceled for this reason. Counterfeit copies have been released.

Live '77 is a DVD released by AC/DC in January 2003 in Japan. It was recorded live in The Golders Green Hippodrome, London, on 27 October 1977 and contains tracks recorded by the band with their former singer, Bon Scott. The songs "Hell Ain't a Bad Place to Be" and "Rocker" from this concert were included on the 2-DVD set Plug Me In, released on 12 October 2007. The third disc of the Plug Me In deluxe edition includes "Let There Be Rock" from this concert as well. Backtracks is a boxed set by Australian hard rock band AC/DC. It was announced on 29 September 2009 and was released on 10 November 2009. This is a collection of the band's studio and live rarities together in one box-set. All tracks have been remastered to match the sound of the 2003 album remasters and many songs appear on CD for the first time. It is the band's second box set of rarities, following the Bonfire release in 1997.
