Clive, Eddie, Sammy, Tracey, Gomer and Adrian , a close-knit group of "headbanging" friends all have an equal passion for Heavy Metal music, partying and experimenting with the occult and supernatural. When the mutilated body of murdered 12 year-old Mikey Gay (brother of the Hellrats' feared, trouble-making gang-leader Vinny) surfaces in Sammy's "Satanic Enshrined" bedroom, all six become prime suspects in the murder. Did one of the six teenagers take their interests in Black Magic a little too far? Or was Mikey murdered at the hands of someone else? This coming of age tale represents a different side of the 80's that has never been chronicled until now...

Every year Santa Claus comes to town bearing gifts for children all over the world providing they leave him a little something in return... a cup of blood. A skeptical young boy, Billy Bester, refuses to comply each year as he is convinced that St. Nick is not the kind, generous man the world believes him to be. Santa travels at night, wears red, needs to blood of youth, and "Know what you get when you take the letter "n" out of Santa and put it at the end?" Something's not right about all this. About Vancouver-based, semi-retired stage clown, Barbara 'Txi' Hannah. Now in her 60s, Txi has been a stage clown for over 30 years, working all over the world with different performance groups. Oddly enough, Txi describes herself as an extremely shy person and explains how performance has helped her battle her introversion. Txi's family life has proven to be as out-of-the-ordinary as her choice of occupation; after two children and eight years of marriage, her husband came out as a homosexual. From Barbara to Txi is an exploration of a woman's perseverance through an unusual sequence of events.
