Dragon ( Max Mok ), un ex-membre de la triade et un ex-condamné est employé comme serveur dans un restaurant. Cependant, son ancien ami de la triade, Rubbish Pool ( Stephen Chow ), traîne habituellement là-bas et son ancien patron, Kent ( Ng Man-tat ), règle habituellement les conflits avec d'autres chefs de gangs. Dragon et Pool rencontrent deux bargirls , Gigi ( Ellen Chan ) et June (Charine Chan). Dragon développe une relation avec Gigi. Dans un combat de gang interne, oncle Kent et Pool sont tués, Dragon est arrêté. Six ans après l'incident, Dragon conduit maintenant son propre taxi et quand il s'apprête à quitter son travail, Gigi monte à bord de son taxi. Gigi est maintenant un représentant de vente avec une famille et Dragon a une nouvelle petite amie.
