Keitai Deka Zenigata Rai follows the adventures of Zenigata Rai (played by Saori Koide), a high school student with a genius IQ of 180, who is also the granddaughter of a legendary police chief. Using her mobile phone as a crucial investigative tool, she helps solve various murder mysteries.

Hanatani Village in the valley of Tokushima Prefecture is going to be submerged when a dam is constructed.
