The Rise and Fall of Sensational explores the curious odyssey of Brooklyn underground rapper Sensational, from his early days with the seminal hip-hop group Jungle Brothers, through his promising solo career, to his downward spiral into drug addiction, homelessness, and obscurity. Despite his impossible circumstances, Sensational continues to release new material and remains an indelible force in music.

"Crooked" follows the trials and tribulations of Sensational, a consummate original and posterchild for the underdog, but it celebrates the creative mind and independent spirit, longing for freedom.
