Shots fired inside a club frequented by black Brazilians in the outskirts of Brasilia leave two men wounded. A third man arrives from the future in order to investigate the incident and prove that the fault lies in the repressive society.
An unknown luminous object is seen falling on the beach in the city of Colares and a mysterious visitor begins to wander. After being attacked by an invisible force, the visitor is greeted by a group of people who will tell him the story of the attack and also of the island.
