The second part of the film based on Eno Raua's children's book of the same name, which tells about the activities of three jolly fellows - Sammalhabe, Kingpool and Muhvi. The movie viewer can join their exciting adventures in saving the city from the rats.

Ülo and Olev think the German occupation is humiliating and the soldiers are arrogant. But even among Estonians there are people who cannot be trusted - this can have fatal consequences. Witty schoolboys find out that Mr Velirand, who has moved in the apartment that once belonged to their teacher, is a henchman of Fascists. The boys make up their minds to give people warning about the provocator, even if the rebellion is risky and their opponent superior, as it had been in the St George's Night Uprising in 1343.

The film based on Eno Raua's stories "Päris kriminnene lugu" and "Telepathic lugu" takes the viewer to a summer town in Estonia, where boys and girls meet with exciting adventures, dreams and falling in love. There are no real forensics and telepathy here, but it is about the disappearance and finding of a little boy. In addition to adventures, the main characters find something else - both in life and in themselves.

During the summer holidays, the children's company gathers around the Rhine, but the curious boy Kārlis stays alone. The girl Herta comes from Riga to visit her relatives. She spends time with interest and listens to Karl's stories. The offended Reinis and his friends play an evil joke with Kārlis, wanting to laugh at the different boy.
