Sō Utsumi doesn't have many friends. After school and before going to a private institute, he kills time by doing nothing on the riverside. One day, Shōkichi Seto appears in front of him. Shōkichi quit the soccer team and has nothing to do. They spend time together. In front of the two guys, Ichigo Kashimura and Hatsumi, from the same high school, appear.

When Yasuko (Eriko Hatsune) was a child, her mother left their home. She grew up not knowing what an ordinary family is. Satoshi's (Kengo Kora) mother was the girlfriend of Yasuko's late father. May 9, 2003 - The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) launches its unmanned spacecraft Hayabusa into orbit. Its mission is to collect samples from a near Earth asteroid named 25143 Itokawa. Hayabusa is scheduled to make contact with the asteroid in November 2005. As the spacecraft approaches its rendezvous date with the asteroid problems arise for the JAXA staff back on Earth.

A singular deadpan comedy, The Passion tells a story of a young woman raised in a convent named Frances-ko (Mayuko Iwasa), after Saint Francesco. Distressed by not knowing about love and sex, she calls out for a sign from above, but instead hears a voice from below. A human-faced growth speaks to her from between her legs, constantly berating her, calling out "Woman, you are worthless!" Mr. Koga, as she names it, continues the verbal abuse, yet Frances-ko somehow adapts, forming an adversarial yet symbiotic relationship. This bizarre film, based on Kaoruko Himeno's acclaimed 1997 novel of the same name, is skillfully directed by Ryoko Yoshida, lensed by veteran cinematographer Akiko Ashizawa, grounded by Iwasa's show-stopping performance and enlivened by the hilarious Kanji Furutachi, who lends his voice to the chauvinistic Koga. The soundtrack boasts an unmissable eclectic score by legendary experimental musician and composer Otomo Yoshihide.

Former college buddies Horaguchi and Okawa suddenly reunite on a whim after 15 years apart and try to resume their friendship by planning a trip together. In the meantime, Yuji asks Koichi to hold Yumiko instead of him, which leads to jealousy among the men.

Naho repeatedly enters hotels with random men and kills them before having sex with them. A man, Manabu, stays with her and performs piercings on her breasts. One day, Naho invites a middle-aged man to a hotel as usual and tries to kill him, but ends up failing to do so.

A love story in the style of a psycho-thriller, depicting the relationship between a female police officer who continues to have an affair and the men who surround her, along with the progress of a bizarre incident. Due to various circumstances, the theatrical release was postponed and the work announced as OV was released to the public at a special screening at the Kamemei Painting Theater in Tokyo.
