The doctor forbids Nadya from experiencing exciting emotions such as love. Nadya secretly escapes from the hospital and explores Istanbul. She meets businessman Irfan on a ferry. They spend the entire day together. The next day, Nadya leaves Irfan's house secretly without mentioning anything about herself. From that day onward, Nadya and Irfan, who cannot forget each other, will cross paths again.
