From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Katherine Perry (aka Kathryn Perry; January 5, 1897 – October 14, 1983) was an American stage and film actress. She appeared in 36 films between 1920 and 1936. She was born in New York City and died in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles. She was the second wife of Owen Moore.

She is told that two of the daughters plan to be married, while the third plans to marry Grantland Dobbs as soon as he gets a divorce, and the mother is frightened by this announcement. She goes abroad and returns with a man, gets an apartment at a wealthy center, and lives with him. Her daughters are shocked when the mother entertains guests at drinking parties. When Mrs. Manners proves to her daughters that their fiancées are not respectable, she reveals to them that she was acting a part just to prove to them that she was right about their chosen mates. She reveals that the man she was living with was her cousin.

He then declares himself a crook, holding the real Carroll prisoner, with the intention of robbing the Rogers mansion. She follows and shields "The Magnet" from the police, the real Carroll having escaped and notified them, and through her interference he eludes his would-be captors.
