Biography
Christian Carroll is a director and cinematographer based in Brooklyn, NY. He was born in Oklahoma City and moved to Philadelphia at age nine, where he lived through the end of high school before heading to Los Angeles to study at Occidental College, earning a BA in Film Production and Media Studies. His heritage spans Chinese, Chinese-Malaysian, Native American (Mississippi Choctaw), and white descent, and those layered perspectives have shaped the way he sees and shoots the world. His feature films include Out of Breath and Suicide or Lulu and Me in a World Made for Two.
