The Ambassador, seeking an American girl for his ruler, paints a glowing picture of Vergania to Hickman's wife, with the result that she persuades her husband to accept the American Consulate at. Vergania. Amy, the daughter, is enamored of Lieutenant Brice of the U.S. Navy, and reluctantly she agrees to leave him and go with her family.

Neysa von Igel, who is living with her supposed grandfather, Adolph Schmidt, loves America, although she believes herself to be German-born. Hale and Neysa are married and depart for France, where the girl again encounters Koenig, and, after many thrilling adventures, she kills him in self-defense.

Medicine Man Doctor Cutter and his Indian partner arrive in a town where mysterious stage robberies have occurred. Money goes out in a locked strongbox but at the destination the still locked strongbox is opened only to find the money missing and the stage was not held up. Using binoculars to watch the next stage carrying money, Cutter sees how the money is removed and he and his partner now set out to bring in the outlaws and recover the money.
