On the terrace of a café, two friends meet to exchange ideas and remake the world. They are accompanied by a child who sips a grenadine. While the two adults discuss pseudo-solutions to resolve the ecological crisis over a pastis, the world around them, out of breath, falls into pieces. While enjoying his grenadine, the child watches helplessly as the collapse takes place, until the waiter arrives...
Elias is not connecting with any of the other millennials he’s on vacation with. After witnessing them perform a shocking display of cruelty toward a defenseless creature, he becomes even more alienated from the group. But dealing with the aftermath of the incident will prove pivotal in his struggle with his own inner demons.
