Malparida is a 2010 Argentine telenovela aired by Channel 13 in the prime time. It run from April 2010 to February 2011. It is protagonized antagonistically by Renata, a cold and scheming woman seeking revenge against a man that had caused the death of her mother. The term "Malparida" denotes in Spanish a woman of questionable reputation.

In everyone's eyes, Laurita and Lorenzo have what everyone considers to be the perfect marriage. Lorenzo is a handsome, rich and well educated man running his own fashion house while Laurita is beautiful and elegant: the ideal woman for a man like him.However, the truth is that Laurita is bored with her marriage and is convinced that she is in love with Alex her personal trainer. In order to avoids being peniless in her divorce she wants to trick her husband into getting with Silvia for him break their fidelity clause. Isabela, Lorenzo's former fiancee, also arrives from abroad with intentions of taking over Lorenzo's company as an act of revenge against Lorenzo and Laurita.

The plot of the series is centered on Felipe (Ivo Cutzarida) and Florencia (Maite Zumelzú), a couple who are about to divorce and share a restaurant called Bread and wine that is part of the division of assets, however, through encounters and misunderstandings in the workplace will discover that perhaps she is not so sure about asking for a divorce, nor is he so sure that he wants to stay by her side, as he seems to be. On the one hand, Felipe will have a sentimental relationship with Sofía (Mercedes Oviedo), the new kitchen assistant, and on the other, Florencia will show interest in Lucas (Tomás de las Heras), the waiter from the rest.

It's story of Abril, a mysterious woman with a particular life-style that she stands in the way of Bruno, a Chilean young man who lives in Peru and he's passing through an existential crisis. Abril's philosophy impacts to Bruno. One day, he decides to leave everything, including his job and his girlfriend. Suddenly, Bruno tries to follow Abril's life-style, no suspecting the real reasons why she turns her back to the world.

Screenwriter Javier Gross denies his past by making up fictional stories. Lucia, his wife, tired of his fiction, starts an affair. But not even the confession of infidelity touches Gross, who is caught up in the story of a script that is writing, whose idea is so powerful that dominates it completely. Lucia, after seeing that Gross is unshakable, decides to leave. But Gross wastes no time: the same day replaces Lucía by Laura. From day one, Gross confuses the names of women. Thus Laura is transformed into a second copy of the true love of Gross.
