Philip Ronin is a former employee of the prosecutor's office, and now the owner of a small yacht repair and maintenance company. One day, by the will of fate, Philip finds himself in the epicenter of urban criminal events.

Sometimes those he captures are not only the 'real' people, but imaginary personalities, too.
