On 17 October 79 AD, the city of Pompeii was buried under lava after the sudden eruption of Mount Vesuvius. Today, the mythical site has yet to reveal all its secrets. A new excavation campaign is being conducted, the most significant in 70 years and one of the major archaeological investigations of the twenty-first century. The film unveils the sumptuous frescoes and mosaics that adorned the excavated villas and uses historical reconstructions in natural settings to show, hour by hour, how the city and its inhabitants were buried under a mantle of ash.

In 2007 the young explorer Evrard Wendenbaum cultivates the dream to lead an international team of researchers to the rocky trails of Makay, an almost unknown region Southeast of Madagascar. Canal + followed his project and decided to make a 90 minute 3D documentary. Pierre Stine directed the shooting with four stereographers from Binocle (Paris, France) in charge of 3D : 2 months of green hell with 90% humidity, temperatures above death valley level, torrential rain, snake bites, and other fun moments.

This DVD allows you to see Alizée on stage in front of an enthusiastic live audience. Watching her in individual videos isn't the same. During the live concert she interacts with the audience, the band and the backup singers. The stage settings enhance the emotions expressed in the songs. She flirts with band members and fans. She dances with the backup dancers. Each song is presented with a different set. The light show and outfit colors make the concert a visual treat. The songs go from the slow, moody Amélie m'a dit to fast rap-like Mon maquis. When she sings Moi... Lolita the whole audience joins in. She can be sultry or athletically active. The concert is a visual, auditory, sensual delight.
