Marigold Summer Gold Shine 2024 ~ Day 12 was a professional wrestling event promoted by Dream Star★Fighting Marigold. It took place on August 25, 2024, at Shin-Kiba 1st RING in Tokyo, Japan, and featured Giulia's last Marigold appearance before moving to the United States to become a part of the WWE/NXT roster.
