In a strange world where people share numerous deformities, the same problem we all face challenges each of them: to find someone who accepts you as you are. Sometimes, that means finding yourself first.

Spain, 1950s. Montse's agoraphobia keeps her locked in a sinister apartment in Madrid and her only link to reality is the little sister she lost her youth raising. But one day, a reckless young neighbor, Carlos, falls down the stairwell and drags himself to their door. Someone has entered the shrew's nest... perhaps he'll never leave.

An intimate family party takes place in an exclusive residential neighborhood. Leo celebrates the birth of Izan, her first son, together with her husband Julio, her sister Claudia and her friend Hector. During the party, Claudia goes to fetch her nephew from his crib and discovers to her dismay that he has disappeared, along with Luciana, the nanny. No one has seen anything. The stress and shock bring up old mental problems in Leo. She enters a downward spiral and gradually loses touch with reality. She begins to doubt not only her life, but also her own identity.

Only somebody brave, with a rebel soul, may enter the jungle of the outlaw and fight face to face against the most dangerous men at this side of the river.

It is the morning after Valentine's Day. Sole is arrested in her house, accused of alleged sexual abuse towards Teodoro, her teddy bear. Graciela, her assistant and friend, is the one who reported her. Detectives Justi and Roque have to find out what happened at Sole's house the previous night and which one of them is the true culprit, because Graciela also becomes a suspect in the crime. But the investigation becomes increasingly complex, with the back-and-forth of each of the accused.

Justo has just rented a flat to live in with his granddaughter Lola, a girl with cerebral palsy, whom he has been caring for for years. But at the entrance to the building there is a large staircase that forces Justo to carry Lola in his arms so that she can take the bus that takes her to school, causing a huge traffic jam and a lot of noise every day. In addition, his age and ailments make his task more difficult every day. The best solution would be to install a ramp. So he decides to go to a meeting of his neighbourhood association to ask for one to be installed.

Usman is a young undocumented immigrant who, like so many others, came to Europe in search of a better life. However, all Europe has to offer is a precarious existence. He lives in a heated apartment and works as a food delivery driver. In just 24 hours, the delicate balance that sustains him will be upended, forcing him to make a drastic decision to survive and, perhaps, continue pursuing his dream.
