Biography
Teodulfo Decena Belarmino (1922–1984) was a Filipino film actor originally from the rustic town of Calamba, Laguna. He emerged as one of the prominent leading men of LVN Pictures from the late 1940s to the mid-1950s. Under the guidance of the studio’s matriarch, Doña Sisang de León, Belarmino gained recognition after his appearance in the 1948 film Malaya, which catapulted him to fame and made him one of the most recognisable actors of his era. Following the expiration of his LVN contract after his final film with the studio, Tagapagmana (1955), he continued his career as a freelance actor, taking on character roles under various film production companies.
