A three-part feature film by Georgian director Lana Ghoghoberidze, dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the Soviet Union. The film is based on Leo Qiacheli's short story "Princess Maya" and Archil Sulakauri's novels "Doves" and "Fresco". These three stories are separated by a 20-20 year interval (1921, 1941, 1961).

Based on Guram Panjikidze’s novel, The Seventh Sky, the film follows the lives of young people and workers at a metallurgical plant in Tbilisi during the 1970s. Levan Khidasheli, a talented engineer, arrives at the Rustavi metallurgical plant and quickly rises through the career ladder due to his dedication. However, he prioritises his career over friendship and love, leading to a sense of loneliness and regret when life doesn’t reward his sacrifices.

It is set during the 11th century and tells of the reign of King George I. He is at war with Byzantine Empire ruled by Basil II. Apart from ongoing war, he has to fight rebellious Georgian tribes. Problems occur when King George falls in love with Shorena. For her, the King is willing to go against the church. The story is based on famous novel by Konstantine Gamsakhrudia.

It’s about a 13th-century Georgian legendary avenger, the noble robber Matsi Khvitia, who bravely fought against the princes’ arbitrary rule.

Famous mountaineers Simon and Alexandra Lomidze were tragically caught in an avalanche while climbing Tetnuldi. The avalanche swept Simon and his friend into the abyss, leaving Simon’s younger brother, Alyosha, deeply inspired by the diary entries of his deceased brother. Alyosha, who had never been particularly fond of mountaineering, was determined to conquer Tetnuldi in his brother’s memory. This inspired a series of expeditions to conquer other peaks, including Ushba, Shkheldi, and many more. The following mountaineers participated in these expeditions: M. Anuprikov, I. Arkin, G. Akhvlediani, G. Gulbani, G. Deberli, P. Khazarov, I. Lapshenikov, I. Nemsitsveridze, V. Mukhin, and G. Khutsishvili.

The two neighbors, Amiran (ამირანი) and Gramiton (გრამიტონი), are cantankerous individuals who argue about everything for no reason. Their constant bickering is very amusing to everyone in the village, as they compete to see who is better.

Any civil war destroys spirituality. It truly is a tragedy, especially for a small country like Georgia. This film-mystery shows the situation in Georgia from 1992 to 2003 and is made using the stream of consciousness technique.
