Ceramist Miss Lin Yan regains her health after a heart transplant surgery. But the subsequent events terrify Lin. Her ceramic art gift disappears and she begins to be plagued by nightmares. She believes that this situation is caused by the transplanted heart located inside her body. The weird situation also astonishes Mr. Jiang, her doctor-in-charge.

The film tells the story of Cai Wanjin, a teacher who is frustrated with his career, helping Huang Dengyu, a student who is looked down upon by everyone, to spend an irreplaceable and precious journey in his senior year of high school. They illuminate each other's lives, and both fiund the meaning of persistence in adversity and going against the wind.

Xiaofan, a young girl who works at a Karaoke Club, awakes one morning in a remote forest with her body covered in blood. As she struggles to find her way out, she tries to understand the drama circumstances which got her into the situation, events mainly related to her unpredictable boyfriend. She needs to make a decision that may change her life.
