Die Feste mit Florian Silbereisen
The show was meant to compete with those on West German television. To this end it was fairly successful even attracting a following in parts of West Germany which could receive Eastern TV. Its production values were high. Apart from song and dance numbers and appearances from East German celebrities, almost every broadcast featured well-known stars from the west, often after their popularity had peaked in their home countries.

In his house, where three generations live under one roof, Otto is the restless soul; this sometimes causes problems, but also brings a lot of joy. For his grandchildren, Grandpa Otto is a "fragrant buddy" because he is up for a lot of fun and initiates the craziest things. To Martha's chagrin, however, he sometimes oversteps his grandfatherly "sphere of competence". Amusing events and entanglements unfold over 75 minutes, and the "GesellenstĂĽck" (journeyman's play) finally results in something that even Grandpa Kimmel is more than surprised by.

Reizende Ferien

Master baker Oskar Lorenz is plagued by a number of worries, because almost every day one of his employees is affected by a different "ailment", making it difficult for the bakery to meet the plan. After all, Lorenz and his team have to ensure that fresh bread rolls and, above all, Berlin country bread can be sold to customers on time every day. And Oskar alone cannot fill all the gaps in the staff. To remedy this situation, Oskar's sister Ilse has come up with something for her brother: a "disease" that is difficult to diagnose. He is now confined to his bed and can no longer fulfill his duties. Ziegler, his deputy, is deeply impressed by the pitiful sight that his otherwise strong master now presents. This seems to be the first ray of hope for Ilse to cure Oskar's coworker and her brother of their "ailments" at the same time.
