The poet Tom Kristensen (1893-1974) presents his poem "Nyhavn" in the restaurant Gilleleje in Nyhavn. Recorded on the initiative of J. Øhlenschlæger Johansen, with the support of Westermann's Publishing House.

A satire and fun farce with songs and various sounds and voices, which attempts to give a picture of good and ordinary people as well as journalists, barbers, countable ghosts, aut. gas and water masters, nannies, a single middle court judge, a robot and not forgetting a professional sweat thief and several others, who together live in the small Danish town of Elleskovsleje.

A walk through Dyrehaven near Copenhagen, full of lyrical and humorous details, which give an impression of typical Danish summer life and of Danish landscapes. The film is based on Knud Åge Riisager's piece "Summer Rhapsody" played by the Radio Orchestra with Erik Tuxen as conductor.

The film gives a picture of the busy life that moves throughout the day in the Radio House, and it shows us the people behind the voices as well as the technical means needed to complete the broadcasts. Reportage and department manager Aksel Dahlerup (later radio director from 1959-1967) takes the viewer on a tour through the radio house's many studios, where orchestras rehearse, choir singers rehearse, actors record audio plays and speakers advertise the press radio newspaper. We also drop by the director's office, the music archive and the Marketenderiet, where the house's many employees meet over a bite to eat or a cup of coffee.

Kornet er i fare is a Danish documentary short warning farmers about destructive corn weevils, released under Nazi occupation. Blending live action with animation and humorous narration, it depicts the pests as invaders in a military-style battle and advises preventive measures. While officially Nazi-approved, the film was widely interpreted—and perhaps intended—as an allegory of Danish resistance against the occupiers. It premiered on April 1, 1945.

"Whoever cheats the state cheats his fellows" - the hunt for a tax cheater. Sir. Middelmand, a former tax cutter, is the protagonist of a moral drama that illustrates the consequences of evading his contribution to public spending. His wife is discharged from the hospital; his son is thrown out of school; as fire breaks out in his home, he discovers that the water has been closed, etc.
