Prema Pichollu is a drama based movie in which, Chiranjeevi plays Ravi who is an unemployed post-graduate and in love with Prema (Radhika). Prema is a dancer in a local bar and attracts her boss Allu Ramalingayya and his friends Simham (Rao gopal Rao) and Gummadi.

A widow struggles with the dilemma of her own growing sexual needs, and her desire to remain faithful to the memory of her late husband.

Set in the backdrop of a single day, A retired Police officer goes on a journey to fight against a world of odds to safeguard her family and bring back her husband from falling prey to one of the least known yet a burning scam.

Abhiram is an ad filmmaker and his sister sets him on a trip to Araku Valley with an expectation of hooking him up with her fiance's sister Sruthi. She lives in Araku Valley and Abhi comes there with her sister's words. He meets Abhinaya and he falls for her as they share their past love stories with each other when they both are together. They are happy in love but the expectations of Abhiram on his girlfriend are not met by her, he disappoints. What happens next is crux of the story.
