Rosa's mother will stop at nothing to better hers and her daughter's life including forcing her to marry an influential member of the Supervisors, Stefano GRAVELLI, a move that unleashes a series of events that will drag Rosa and Daniel into a conflict of political intrigue and danger.

This film also celebrates the African influence of this music and its significance to Puerto Rico’s rich culture. Includes appearances by members of the Cepeda family, Marc Anthony, La India, José Feliciano, Danny Rivera, Lucecita Benítez, and Ángel "Cucco" Peña.

This special and unique project takes viewers on a visual journey through Feliciano's unique life using archival concerts and vintage footage coupled with testimonials. It combines musical performances by José Feliciano and artists such as Marc Anthony, Son by Four, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Luis Enrique, Ednita Nazario, Michael Stuart, among others.

Abandoned siblings Charlie, Pablo, Tito, and Marla live in a deteriorated city apartment that becomes their magical sanctuary.
