The film tells the story of the love between Nevin, a poor seamstress, and Kemal, the son of a wealthy businessman. Kemal and Nevin, who love each other, are making plans to get married. However, when Kemal's family strongly opposes the relationship, Kemal leaves home and starts working at a shipyard. The couple speeds up their wedding preparations. One day, while Nevin is at a fitting for a customer, she accidentally meets Eşref, the king of nightclubs. Eşref is captivated by Nevin's voice and beauty and wants to make her a singer. However, Nevin rejects his offer. Eşref, who wants to possess Nevin, will do everything in his power to separate her from Kemal.

Yumurcak's mother Selma, having learned the news, walks carelessly on the street and gets hit by a car in an accident and becomes blind. Yumurcak finds the gun of the crime in the garden, takes it to the judge and asks for his father's release. Bekir tries to escape and he kidnaps Yumurcak. However Nihat and the inspector reach just in time. Yumurcak and his family return to their happy days.
