Hombres de honor was a 2005 Argentine telenovela, produced by Pol-Ka and aired by El Trece. It was starred by Laura Novoa and Gabriel Corrado.

Guided by a fortune teller's revelation, Russian Countess Ivana Malova arrives in Argentina intending to raise beautiful Angora goats, animals not native to the area, on a small piece of land called "Campo Cerezo" (Cherry Field). There live Doña Juana Cerezo and her granddaughter Nucha, who has just been released from prison on parole for her involvement in a bank safe deposit box robbery. As the Countess weaves her web and advances her plan to take over Campo Cerezo, Nucha discovers that the jewels the police were never able to recover are buried there.

This is a story of unfulfilled love set in the port of Mar del Plata during the Falklands War. Despite the harsh climate, a fisherman sets out to sea to escape his emotions and gets lost, arriving at an area called La Campana, a mythical place where time stands still. While for him only an afternoon passes, on earth more than twenty years pass. Upon returning to the port, he discovers that the country is no longer the same and the people have changed.

Laura reunites with Santiago, a former boyfriend from her youth. Together, they will recall the days when they were college students and what their lives became since then. Laura will have to choose between rediscovering an old love and reaffirming her present.
