Der Kommissar is a German television series about a group of detectives of the Munich homicide squad. All 97 episodes, which were shot in black-and-white and first broadcast between 1969 and 1976, were written by Herbert Reinecker and starred Erik Ode as Kommissar Herbert Keller. Keller's assistants were Walter Grabert, Robert Heines, and Harry Klein who, in 1974, was replaced by his younger brother Erwin Klein.

A melancholic enjoyable journey by an old couple who escape the dreary everyday life of a Berlin retirement home for a day: at Pentecost, Margarete and Heinrich come up with the idea of visiting their nephew, whom they believe to have invited them to dinner. So they set off on their own, and although they don't always know where they are or why they have actually set off, they have a wonderful day. Even if the police find them and bring them back before they reach their destination.

In the second part of the crime series about star lawyer Anna Conti and public prosecutor Henry Mahn, the two women are once again fighting for law and justice on different sides. After Conti has found her way back into professional life with her last case, she now takes on the defense of a dazzling client: Frank Stolpe has led a double life for years and has now committed a bank robbery for which he appears to have no motive. The safety precautions in safes and in banks are becoming ever stricter, making the working conditions for burglars and thieving magpies more and more difficult. Therefore, the interest group of property reducers - VDEI for short - made representations to the responsible minister and confronted him with a warning strike, which is intended to make it clear what economic function thieves and burglars have in society. The strike calls everyone involved in property security onto the scene: burglars and interest groups for guns, guard dog breeders and tank crackers gather. After heated discussions, an agreement can finally be reached - but the consumer has to pay for it.

When Anja is finally ready to start a new life, her husband Thomas is released from a psychiatric ward. He had set fire to the house years ago and threatened his family. Just as Anja enters into a new relationship, she learns that Thomas is healthy. She is now supposed to help him find his way back to normal life. Somewhat taken by surprise, she agrees to do so - on the condition that Thomas doesn't "mess things up". At first, everything seems to go well: Thomas is very nice and reserved, and is able to win over the children and even Anja again with his charm.
