This is the story of Doroteo Arango, of a life that began on the wrong side of the law, to becoming "Pancho Villa", the feared commander and key figure in the Mexican Revolution. Buried within the story is a man fixated on his own myth, a man whose efforts to become a larger-than-life figure would shape history, but also leave him with many vengeful and powerful enemies.

Jorge spends his days daydreaming. He´s secretly in love with his next-door neighbor Adriana, an ambitious professional married to Joaquin, a mature man obsessed with the past. When Jorge meets Karina, an enthusiastic teenager runaway, his pessimistic view of life starts to change. The four of them go on a journey that will change their lives profoundly.

Organ trafficking runs rampant in the sinister and chaotic city of Guadalajara, Mexico. When a tabloid photographer arrives at the scene of a supposed accident, he finds himself involved in a situation where his life is at stake.
