The first official video released by Cardiacs, the video contains a ten-minute segment known as The Consultant's Flower Garden, which features the band and other people connected to the band performing several bizarre alternative comedy sketches. This is followed by three music videos.

Recorded live at the Apollo 8 Recording Studio 2007 The Wildhearts playing their self-titled album along with surreal interludes.
