While it was long thought that his filmography had concluded with the film Life in 1993, Peleshian has now returned with a new film, simply titled La Nature, through which he once again observes the delicate cohabitation of human communities with their environment. Gathered from the internet, most of the images that compose the film are fragile, amateur-shot traces from within nature and its tremors that regularly rock these communities. Volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, and tsunamis form the film’s visual fabric, and are set against images of grandiose natural landscapes. A visual elegy, the film resolutely acknowledges the superiority of nature, with its unrelenting force, capable of transcending all human ambition. With this, the filmmaker seems to remind us that humankind will not emerge victorious from the ecological havoc that it has created.

"Taniel" looks at the last months of poet Taniel Varoujan's life, who was murdered in the Armenian Genocide of 1915. The film's narrative is heard in poetry and seen through Film Noir images.

Toichi is a boatman who ferries the villagers to a town on the other side of the river. World-renowned, maverick pianist Tigran Hamasyan makes unconventional jazz music that fascinates the greatest players and unsettles the purists. The director sweeps us along from the United States to Europe to Armenia and to France looking into the roots of this ever-searching artist. Tigran draws his inspiration as much from rock metal and jazz as from an insatiable thirst for the history and the musical folklore of his country. This intimate journey lets emotions surge from the wrestling game between the man and his music.

Tigran Hamasyan’s Shadow Theater concert at Cité de la musique in Paris captures the pianist at a remarkably creative moment in his career. Recorded on September 5, 2013, the performance blends contemporary jazz with Armenian folk traditions, progressive rock, and intricate rhythmic ideas. Hamasyan moves effortlessly between delicate melodic passages and explosive, highly percussive piano playing. The music draws heavily from the atmospheric and adventurous sound world of his acclaimed Shadow Theater project. Complex time signatures and rapidly shifting dynamics give the concert an unpredictable and exciting character.

Alik, 25, has been raised by his grandfather, conductor of a renowned classical orchestra in post-Soviet Armenia where cultural institutions are failing and oligarchs allied with the mafia hold power. Alik, a clarinetist, is the virtuoso in this orchestra whose existence is seriously threatened when its key sponsor is murdered. One night, Alik comes into possession of a hired killer's mysterious telephone, which is used only to commission hits. Manipulated by a crook's daughter with whom he falls hopelessly in love and wishing to save the orchestra at all costs, Alik decides to take on the identity of the killer known as "The Virtuoso" and attempt to carry out his contracts. But Alik is a virtuoso musician, not a killer.

During the 2020 Artsakh War, our community came together for a special live concert event to raise vital funds for humanitarian efforts and for a moment of unity. Rock For Artsakh streamed on Facebook, YouTube and Instagram and was viewed over 1 million times the day of its premiere on October 28, 2020. During the live stream, our community raised a whopping $3,106,947.50, which was doubled thanks to the generosity of anonymous contributors and donated to ArmeniaFund to build 60 houses in Artsakh's Askeran region for families displaced by the war.
