A visceral documentary focusing on the Slovenian collective art movement known as NSK ('Neue Slowenische Kunst') and its varied branches: 'Laibach', 'Irwin', and 'Red Pilot'.

Comedy about a group of musicians who are sent to play to villagers and workers to raise morale during a 5 year plan. The trouble is they prefer to play jazz and boogie music to the traditional folk songs, and each time they try their jazz they are reprimanded by the local party secretary.

The tour has been therefore named "The Divided States of America Tour".

Shot in six European countries, it tells the story of the concerts given by cult underground band Laibach during the siege of Sarajevo back in 1995.

To celebrate 40 years of his career, Slovenian rock star Peter Lovšin presented this documentary. He started in 1977, when he formed Pankrti, one of the greatest Slovenian punk groups, and in 1992 he started a solo career. His contribution to the Slovenian music scene is unparalelled.
