Biography
Julio César Pachón (Bogotá, March 5, 1961) is a Colombian film and television actor. He is known for his participation in several soap operas La reina del sur and Doña Bárbara. He was a cadet at the General Santander Police Cadet School and studied law for four years at the Universidad Libre (Colombia) in Bogota, where he studied theater and dedicated himself exclusively to it.
