Rastislav Jovic was a prominent Serbian and Yugoslav actor known for a career spanning over four decades in film and television. He was known for Walter Defends Sarajevo (1972), Kapelski kresovi (1974) and Valter brani Sarajevo (1974).

Idea of series derives from exploits of freedom fighters in Belgrade during World War II, and all the characters and events are fictitious.
