He was the master forger of the 20th century: the Hungarian painter Elmyr de Hory. Legros was a character straight out of a novel: a millionaire at the age of 25 and a homosexual dandy who loved luxury limousines, fur coats, cigars, lavish parties and a relaxed lifestyle. He had an affair with Legros, but Elmyr de Hory may also have fallen in love with him.

The sketches and drawings of iconic designer Yves Saint Laurent come to life in this documentary. Past colleagues and friends discuss his life and work while poring over some of the thousands of sketches the designer created in his lifetime.
