Encouraged by the fireman leader Chung Yau-sing, young and playful Fong Lei-on joins the team and gets to know Cheuk Pak-yu. Military Governor Choi Ngok (Damian Lau) has been attempting to overthrow the Yuen Sai Hoi government.
