Glenn Carter is an English stage actor and singer-songwriter known particularly for his leading roles in musicals staged in London's West End. Carter was born in Staffordshire, England (27th March, 1964) and grew up in Liverpool. He trained at the Arts Educational School in London. He is a longtime leader of the British branch of the international UFO cult called the Raëlian Movement.
