After a couple purchases an antique vase at a market, the woman is possessed and killed by a demonic creature. Twelve years later, the demon returns to possess the woman's nephew and wreak more havoc.

Kong Ping has a half brother Kong Shek, a playboy, and another brother Kong Fai, who was adopted by her parents, and is an honest doctor, single. A couple of lover comes to the family Christmas party -- Fan Lin and Daisy Ha. Fan Lin maintains sexual relations with Daisy Ha, but marries Kong Ping, just for better future. As an avenger, Daisy Ha marries Kong Fai. Still, she maintains an affair with Fan Lin. Meanwhile, Kong Shek courts Daisy Ha constantly. The two gradually develop love between themselves.

Mr. Lau is a seedy detective who sets up cameras to record an illicit affair. Things go awry however when a hideously glam rock band checks into Lau’s room, and gets a free show via his hook-up. Meanwhile, silly thief Donald Ng uses ninjitsu to fool the locals while a womanizing tour guide gets stalked by not one, but two pretty women. And Buddy Cheung is a lowly mechanic at the hotel who lusts after gorgeous executive Sunflower. But his tomboy co-worker Boy George secretly pines for him.

Lam, a Taiwan gangster who flees to Hong Kong after killing a rival gangster. Hiding at his uncle gang boss Lip's place, he gets embroiled in more gang conflicts and is forced to be an informant for the police. Lam runs away to Guangzhou and Macau with Lip's mistress, causing an enraged Lip to be hot on his trail.

Raised in occupied Manchuria during World War II, young Shuzi is left behind when her father's regiment suddenly retreats. When she is captured on the Great Wall, she is protected by a Chinese officer whom she marries and accompanies to his village in Yunnan. Shortly after they arrive, he dies and leaves her with his compassionate mother and younger brother, who claims to be her husband now.

A young boy's journey to puberty. Awkward first time experiences are a combination of jest and melancholy as only adolescence can ignite.

Hong Kong romance set in wartime

The owner of a hairdressing salon is pursued by a group of girls, and is harassed by his father.

Inspector E.T. (Alex Man) investigates a murder case reported by singer Chu Szu Ting (Shirley Lui). The suspect, plastic factory owner Lu (Michael Tong) testifies and is acquitted. An important clue is later found and killer Lu comes to attack Szu Ting only to be stopped and killed by E.T. and his men. E.T., who has been estranged from his wife, tries different tricks to woo Szu Ting and eventually wins her heart. Her long lost father Chu Hung (Ku Feng), newly discharged from prison, intends to retrieve a hidden loot and tells her of his intention to join her. Szu Ting tells E.T. to probe his background when E.T. is injured and hospitalized. She takes her father to their former residence as ordered, but something there makes her suspicious of his identity. She spots him holding an axe and shouts for help when he is killed by someone sent by E.T. to secretly protect her.

A middle-aged man discovers an injured refugee woman trembling in the corner of his bar in Kabukicho. He quickly becomes aware that her life is in his hands when he learns she is hiding from the yakuza.

Selected criminals are being trained to fill in vacancies for police.

Kao Han (Kenny Bee) and Pan-yun (Xiu-ling Lu) meet for the first time as strangers in a pet shop. It is destiny that they meet a second time and Kao Han takes a chance in this second meeting to pursue Pan-yun. Pan-yun is reluctant to get involved with Kao Han because she still thinks about and love her late-husband and also her late-husband's niece, Ko-hui (Lan-xi), is in love with Kao Han. Reluctantly and unwillingly Pan-yun falls for Kao Han but their love is not so easily obtained.

A young lady sacrificed her first love when she discovered her boyfriend had a crush on her younger sister whom she was guilt-ridden of her loss of eyesight since childhood days. Years later, when she found her new love, her relationship with her new boyfriend was again put to test when he saw her blind but beautiful sister...
