An Egyptian social comedy series, the events of which take place in separate connected episodes between the families of (Kamal Al-Hamrawi) and (Sayed Al-Akhdar) adjacent to the residence in the same building, and in each episode there is a new comic situation between them that puts the members of the two families in funny situations.

In sixth-century Mecca, Prophet Muhammad receives his first revelation from God as a messenger. Three years later, he's not alone in his quest and publicly declares his prophecy. Muhammad is fought by Abu Sufian and his wife Hind, rulers of Mecca. Muhammad's followers are hunted and tortured but he continues his calling.

Safiya loves Harby but marries his uncle Asran after she finds that he loves another. After the mayor plots against Harby and Asran, he kills Asran and Harby is arrested. Safiya decides to raise her son Hassan to take revenge for his father and kill Harby after his release from prison.

Wahid and Mansour are friends, working in a drug trafficking gang, but Mansour is charged with murder and is sentenced to imprisonment. Zakia decides that she and her daughter Lawahez should live with her sister Aisha. Zakia is staying in Aisha's house so that she can be close to Aisha's husband, with whom she had a relationship before his marriage to her sister Aisha.

A wealthy girl falls in love with a famous actor, but her father refuses to complete the relationship out of respect for family traditions. The actor withdraws from her life out of respect for her family, and pretends to be in a relationship with a dancer. She leaves him and marries her cousin. The actor becomes addicted to alcohol, his condition deteriorates, and he leaves his job.

In a historical story, the film narrates the life story of Bilal bin Rabah, the great muezzin who suffered a difficult life and great torment until the emergence of Islam and the most famous of his Islam at the hands of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.

Set in the suburbs of Cairo in the late 1930s, the story follows a middle-class Egyptian family grappling with the hardships of life after the death of their father, their sole breadwinner. The mother and her four children—three brothers and their sister, Nefisah—struggle to avoid slipping into poverty. They all go in different directions which aren't exactly good.

On one of his trips, Wahid, a forty-year-old journalist, meets Sawsan, a young flight attendant. Admiration grows between them, and love grows, but the age difference between them is an obstacle, as she fears repeating the experience of her mother, who married her father, who was twenty years older than her, and then he died. Sawsan falls ill and is admitted to a hospital, and Wahid goes to visit her. The mother is surprised that he is her lover, whom she loved when she was young, and was unable to marry him.
